The oven cooking method


The optimum way to cook your fish with the Gourmet Fish Grill

Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356° F).
Fix the ready-to-cook fish in the Gourmet Fish Grill as described.
Place the cooking basket onto a baking tray and into the oven. 
The fish should be cooked in the oven with the gut side facing upwards.                                        
A one-portion fish should be cooked for approximately 15 to 25 minutes in the oven.
For several-portion-fish the cooking time is prolonged according to the size of the fish. 



Cooking in the Combi-Steamer

Pre-heat the combi-steamer to 180 degrees Celsius (356° F).

The Gourmet Fish Grill is placed into the combi-steamer on a slide-in tray with the fish positioned on its back. The fish requires about 15 minutes to complete cooking.

If you pre-heat the combi-steamer to 220 degrees Celsius (428° F) you will get a perfectly grilled
fish after about 7 to 10 minutes.
