The backbone of the fish provides the stability for the harm-free cooking method. Before each usage please grease the fork-shaped double skewers and the thin horizontal skewers with a little cooking oil.
Place the ready-to-cook fish with the gut side facing downwards onto the fork-shaped double skewers in the Gourmet Fish Grill.
  The tail fin lies on the rear-positioned larger fork. Press the fish carefully downwards.
Guide the enclosed thin horizontal skewers between the side guides of the basket and prick the fish horizontally right through. In this way the fish is clamped three-dimensionally on its backbone and during the cooking process can be held in any chosen position. It cannot change its position and does not come into contact with the grilling or cooking appliance either.
  Use the oven method as the cooking process for your fish.

or even a steamer.  

After the grilling or cooking stage is complete, the skewers are removed and the fish can be laid on the serving plate hassle-free.
